quickscoping is easy for the most part all you reall y have to do is lock onto the nemy with a sniper rifle and then right when you do that press the up arrow on the d-pad and fire

You have to tap the up button twice. Tapping it once is the exact same as a simple lock on and shoot. You have to tap up twice while locking on for it to probably hit them.

You have to do it quite fast to. It takes practice to get good at it...
